Q2. How do I create an account without Google?
A. Currently, our beta version only supports Google login. We apologize for the inconvenience and plan to implement more login options in the future.
Q3. Why is a Google account required to create an ARS account?
A. ARS is not affiliated or a part of Google. We do not have access to your Google account and will not sell or share your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Google services to host the architecture of ARS. Since we are currently in beta version, managing accounts through Google is actually the safest solution to securely protect your data rather than have a local data storage. As we expand in the future, we strive to create new account procedures that are the most secure and convenient for you. Thank you for understanding.
Q4. How do I resolve an “Internal Server Error” on the signup page?
A. Currently, our beta version can only handle ASCII characters. Remove diacritics, accent marks, non-Roman characters to resolve an “Internal Server Error”. We apologize for the inconvenience at this time.
Q5. How do I create a profile picture for my ARS account?
A. Currently, our beta version does not allow users to create a profile photo. We will plan to implement the option for profile picture in the future.
